If you as a customer of Fiebak Medien transfer personal data to us you are obliged to close a data processing agreement with us according to article 28 of the privacy policy (GDPR). In this contract, powers and instructions are regulated both for the client (customer) as well as for the contractor (Fiebak Medien) as well as rights and duties of both parties.

What do you have to do?

1. Enter your company data in the form of contract request.
2. We will send you our data processing agreement.
3. Check the contract for correctness of the content, in particular the appendix 1 that documents which data you have passed on to us and whether your company is subject to special legal rules.
4. Sign the contract.
5. Send the signed contract including all pages and attachments by email to info@fiebak-medien.de. Alternatively, you can send us the contract by post. You will receive a countersigned copy by email from us.
